This is a super quick and easy hearty white chili. Made with white beans and chicken, it is not only healthy, it meets the requirements for manly, meaty, and cheesy.
This delicious chili can be made as spicy or as mild as you like. If you like it hot add extra rotelle or pepper flakes. For a milder version, use less pepper and use plain diced tomatoes instead of the rotelle. It has become an all time family favorite here.
If you want to make this recipe even quicker, you can skip cooking the beans and buy canned great northern or white chili beans instead. 🙂
