White Chili: Warm, hearty, quick, easy REAL FOOD!

This delicious chili can be made as spicy or as mild as you like.  If you like it hot add extra rotelle or pepper flakes. For a milder version, use less pepper and use plain diced tomatoes instead of the rotelle.  It has become an all time family favorite here.

If you want to make this recipe even quicker, you can skip cooking the beans and buy canned great northern or white chili beans instead. 🙂

WHITE CHILI!!

I promise your football fans are going to love it.  Added benefit, chicken breasts can often be found for less than $2/lb, beans are cheap, so this recipe feeds a crowd for next to nothing.

Frugality is essential when feeding a crowd of hungry football lovers.
